So many problems with Elementor 3.0

  • Up until today I absolutely loved Elementor, and have recommended to so many people. This latest version is complete rubbish. I’m sorry, but I don’t even know where to start with the issues I have encountered today.

    I have started work on a new project, with latest versions of everything – I have basically spent the entire day and don’t even have one page built. I have built sections multiple times and they just disappear. If you try and add margins everything disappears. What I’m seeing in the backend is completely different to what’s on the live site. If I try and drag a section to elsewhere on the page, it disappears.

    I have tried using different browsers, rebooted my computer etc. I have tried deactivating other plugins. I am at a loss as to what to try next, and have friends facing the same issues. I am using Hello Elementor theme.

    I’ve had trouble getting the Global Colours to save, and they keep reverting to default.

    If this was my first attempt at using Elementor I would be long gone by now. I have built around 40 websites this year using Elementor, but today I’m just beyond frustrated.

    Can you PLEASE tell me that you have a solution for what on earth is happening to Elementor since the latest update. And I need an answer FAST.

    You can try to rollback to an earlier version of Elementor. Elementor > Tools > Version Control.

    It is concerning that Elementor has not stopped the update or come with some statements. They’re just silent.

    We are aware of some issues with the new version and are working to fix it. It will help a lot if you are more specific about the issues.

    You can always revert your version to the previous version (Elementor > Tools > Version Control) and let me know if the issue is resolved.

    @bantergroupaus Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
