So many problems

We held off moving from the PayPay Checkout plugin because we had seen all the negative reviews for this PayPal Payments plugin, but finally decided to make the move when the old gateway stopped being supported.
However we’ve had nothing but problems with this plugin on our WooCommerce Subscriptions site. Failed payments, payments left in uncaptured states, customer confusion as to why their payment isn’t captured or fails.
The support team have been responsive and helpful but, at this time, these issues are still unresolved and many customers are unable to pay to renew basic manual subscriptions on expiration.
It feels like this plugin is just not ready to support anything other than the most basic product payments. Not sure whether to roll back to using the old Checkout Gateway or PayPal Standard now.
