menu problems

  • Hi Team

    First I would like to thank you for the wonderfull theme, which have almost covered basis need of a website. I use the free theme from 1 and 1/2 year. Unluckely I got huge error from the theme.

    1. Menu Bar faded in desktop mode, In mobile menu is not working totally
    2. sticky sidebar is not working
    3. Smooth scrolling not working
    4. Footer disappear
    5. Can not add sidebar widget more than 4.
    6. Lazy lode for video and photo’s not working.
    7. Top Menu bar disappear

    Steps I followed for recovery.

    1. Uninstall all plugin and check
    2. Downgrade Hueman theme
    3. Reinstall WordPress 5.1
    4. Create New child theme
    5. Change it to other theme (Sometime work)

    Please give me a resolution

    Hello,
    Thanks for reporting your issues.

    About the lazy loading for video, this is not a feature included in the theme. Among the other reported problems, I can’t reproduce any of them on my end.

    I would recommend to take each problem separately. It will be easier to fix also for you.
    First of all, before starting to troubleshoot, verify the following :

    1. Use the latest software versions : make sure the theme and WordPress are up to date.
    2. Cache plugin : if you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    3. Browser : clear your browser’s cache / history
    4. Deactivate your child theme if you are using one.

    Then take each problem separately, and for each of them check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.

    Thanks for the quick reply. All the recommendation I have done. Requesting you to check my site. My first and major concern is the Menu, Menu Bar faded in desktop mode, In mobile menu is not working totally.

    Is there any update? currently I am using the main hueman theme. Is it okey to revert to my child theme?

    Hi there,

    It’s recommended testing for a plugin conflict by deactivating all the third party plugins on your site, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can specify which one by reactivating them one at a time.
