So many "Page not found" error

  • Hello,

    I changed my blog theme to “Twenty Eleven 1.2” after upgrading the blog a few months back.

    The problem that I notice is that I keep on getting “page not found” error very often (For example: When I tried to login https://michaelsync.net/wp-admin/ then I got “Page not found” error ) I need to refresh two or three time to get it working..

    Is this the known issue?

    I’m worrying that there might be some plugins or themes that interrupt the http-request/response route to make my blog slower …

    I also get this error “An automated WordPress update has failed to complete – please attempt the update again now.” but when I click on “attempt the update again” link then it said my blog is up-to-date already.. It’s very weird.

  • Try:

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    – re-running the upgrade manually using /wp-admin/upgrade.php.
