    I have multiple issues!
    1) Recipient doesn’t receive gift card, all fields are filled in. I disabled this option to only allow for customer to send.
    2) Upload image doesn’t work so that customer can customise the gift card
    3) Customizable Giftcards tab is missing. Where is this option? I want to customise the gift cards for my branding.

    Please help!

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    Here is the reply to your queries:

    Please make sure, that the order status is marked as processing or completed only.

    Then the recipient will get the gift card and the last two features which you’ve mentioned are present in our premium version.
