    1. It works, somehow, but comes with so many bugs it’s unbelievable.

    2. Sloppy code, just sloppy.

    3. The plugin lack sense of UX

    4. Again, there are so many issues, unresolved ones, and the new bugs keep on coming. Seems like they don’t have enough manpower to fix these bugs. I’ve been using this plugin (and the Pro version) for 1 year this coming June, and (almost) none of my issues is resolved. Even the Themeum’s support forum where I posted these issues is now gone. I guess they had to take the forum down due to so many unresolved issue there that will affect Themeum’s brand image.

    5. Communication with them is usually hard, I have to screenshot every single problem and literally mark it to avoid misunderstanding.

    6. The only good thing is that they always respond to your issue, for that, I gave them a star.
