So limited and completely backwards

Pros:
1. Easy to set up and use
2. Works as advertised
3. The pop-up and embedded support widget are really coolCons:
1. Caused my Freshdesk users to have to log into my wordpress site (none of them are users on my wordpress nor will they ever be. I had to disable the feature for my agents to log in to work on tickets.
2. All I want is my Freshdesk Solutions to be integrated with my WordPress site to eliminate duplication of effort. I wasn’t a single place for our knowledge base to live on our public website.
3. Perhaps I’m a bit slow on the uptake here but why would I want to automatically create tickets from comments? This was completely unclear to me.This is a mediocre start. I hope that further integration is right around the corner.
