So impressed

After struggling with at least a half a dozen similar plug-ins this week, and deleting all of them and requesting refunds, I was about at the end of my rope, hoping for a viable solution. After doing further research, I saw that your plug-in came highly recommended. Still I approached it with caution. However, after thoroughly reading everything about your product I was convinced that this would be the one, and I wasn’t wrong.

First off, the price was amazingly affordable for what you get. I signed up for WP User Frontend Pro – personal, and it had everything I needed from the start. No surprises here. Every program I tried before always left me wanting and there were ALWAYS additional costs. It was so frustrating. Additionally, it was intuitive and user-friendly. Someone really put a lot of thought into the software. What really surprised me was the fact that it created it’s own pages as I went along. There was so little work on my end. Slap in a code and viola, the rest was done for me.

Of course, as with any new program, there is always a learning curve, and that’s where tech support played a vital role. I wanted my website go LIVE this week, but had a few questions/concerns before I could make that happen. So I put in a request and within an hour, had an answer. Not only were they prompt, but polite and friendly. A couple of hours later, I had one last question and again, they were there for me when I needed them. They even logged into the front-end to personally test it themselves. Again, thoroughly impressed.

So yes, you can say I’m a very happy camper. My site is up and running and things are going smoothly. If I could give them ten stars I would. But I guess, five will have to suffice. Thank you so much. I’m also going to put a personal thank you on my site. After almost being in tears earlier this week, it’s the least I can do.
