  • Exactly the same problem here.

    I have installed the plugin; Nothing changes in the admin UI, searched around a bit but have no idea where to create the actual forms.

    I went ahead and purchased a form builder from Envato. My questionnaire is extensive. It works very well. I’d forgotten about this forum posting.
