Good theme, but support is awful and license fails to activate

  • Theme is good, nice interface, great design, easy to use, many options.
    4 stars for the theme itself.
    That said, there are some relevant issues: premium license fails to activate, and support is awful, 2 months so far with no replies from them.
    ZERO stars for license and support.
