So far has the features and support I need

I have had the plugin for several weeks now and so far it has the feature set I need and integrates well with their other products (Event prime and Profile Grid).

They have a good set of documentation but there is so much of it when I was in a hurry I just put in a support ticket and they responded in a reasonable (by the next day) time and were very helpful. When I still needed clarification they did not ignore my follow up but responded quickly again.

So far my experience has been great with the plugin and the support.
