So far Best Webp Converter and Server

I’ve gone back and forth installing multiple webp plugins and solutions. But so far, this is the best one.
I’m on openlitespeed server (cyberpanel installed on gcp) and my .htaccess rewrite doesn’t work. I don’t know how to fix it so a detailed guideline will be highly appreciated.
Due to the above reason, I’m using the passthrough method with browser caching enabled and webp caching disabled in wp rocket settings.
I don’t know what would be the best settings for my configuration and server, but so far this one is serving me best.
