So confused and getting worse!

I need a Theme that does something like this? Would like a drop and drag. How can I find it? I am driving myself crazy trying to do such. I am so frustrated I’m starting to cry. It comes from a site Crescent City Pilates. I just like the way it functions and the look it has. Just need to change colors and stuff. I’m great with sitebuilder but I have to move to wordpress. PLEASE give me the names of some themes to look at. I really don’t have a clue to find it and I have been at this for days now. I have to get the sites done and it’s so upsetting. I can do photoshop and other things but finding the theme is so confusing. I don’t know what I’m looking forward and If i look at one more theme that does not make since to me I am going to totally cry! Thank you I know there must be someone out there that can help!
