So close, and yet so far!

  • At first this seemed to be the perfect solution for handling FAQ’s. We liked the way it looked and handled.
    What changed my mind?

    1. Even basic changes like reordering the FAQ’s has to be done to the core plugin code, and thus be overwritten by updates.
    2. It doesn’t play well with mobile, conflicting with elements in the footer.
    3. Terrible support.

    Suggestions?

    • Change the code to allow for customization that doesn’t call for hacking the plugin core.
    • Fix the mobile issue.
    • Unless or until the plugin has been perfected, a little support can go a long way!
