While we endeavour to respond to support enquiries as fast as possible we do sometimes experience a high volume and this can cause a delay.
I’m not entirely sure what you mean by the blog effect being different from the website but the issue you are experiencing with text going beyond the bounds of the post border is due to the fact that you’ve put a 56 character word into your blog post. This is an unrealistic scenario and would more than likely not occur in a real life situation, however we have released an update that will prevent this unlikely scenario from happening.
The gap in the surrounding border of the posts is not a bug in the theme it is a knock-on effect due to the custom CSS that you have used to hide the “posted on” date.
