    I for one like to have a dashboard that looks like I’ve done all the maintenance that needs doing but instead now will indefinitely have a pending task that’s not pending…

    And since I’m already pissed, this will just sweeten my countenance right up there.

    Hi,

    You can change the version of the plugin to 9999, then no one will receive an update notification.

    Open file:
    \wp-content\plugins\insert-php\insert_php.php
    Locate this line * Version: 1.3.0 and replace it with * Version: 9.9.9
