    Hi,

    I’m facing an issue with the free app.
    When i add tracking informations on my order, then the order is marked as completed and the client receive email with all details.

    Sometimes, we have to send again order (order lost during transport). When i add another one tracking number in order, order status does not change because it’s already completed status.
    This way, the client don’t receive the other tracking number.

    Is there a hook that could detect new tracking number to add custom code please ?

    Hi @kamzflo,

    Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a way to send another “Shipped” email when you add a second tracking number to an order that has already been marked as completed.

    Ak ok thank you for your response, I understood that if i change status order from “completed” to “in progress” and to “completed” again, email is sent but it’s not automatic.
    It’s really a shame.

    It is ‘ast_save_tracking_details_end.'”
