Snippet Review – Page URL issue. It is not showing my permalink url.

Need some help. The Page URL in the Snippet Preview used to work fine until i installed the Jquery Archive List plugin, and all the Page URL in SEO Yoast, start to look like “www.domain.com//” instead of the full permalink like “www.domain.com/this-is-a-pretty-permalink/”.
I have un-installed the Jquery Archive List plugin, but the problem still persists.
Pls help & advice how to restore back the Page URL to look the same as my permalink in SEO Yoast.
