Snippet Preview Not Updating?

    So I had another plugin called Custom Permalinks that messed this up for me and haven’t been able to go back. I deleted the offending plugin but, still no luck.

    In my posts the snippet preview:
    -Its showing the incorrect URL’s
    -Meta description doesn’t get updated when I type in the box
    -Meta title not showing up.

    Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?
