With WP Super Cache installed the Analytics dashboard showed that the snippet was installed when it wasn’t.

I don’t think there’s much that you can do to prevent this from actually happening, but possibly display a warning upon activation of the plugin that front-end caching might need to be refreshed/cleared to get the snippet.

I love the plugin so far and am excited as you’re able to continue adding services and features.

@majemedia Thanks for the feedback, I’ll pass that onto the team. I’ll test out compatibility myself also and report back to you here.

@majemedia I’ve been looking into this issue although I’m unable to reproduce on my side may I ask what version of Site Kit you’re using? As of version 1.3 we added some noticed during setup to inform users of any such potential issues.

You can find out more on the related GitHub issue below:

If you want to check with the latest version of the plugin let me know if you encounter the same issue.

Thanks James, I’ll close this one. This was found on my side with 1.3. It might have to do with the super cache settings I have in place on that site.
