1. Please make sure to put the snippet on “bp-custom.php” file and upload it into folder “wp-content/plugins”

2. On a single “bp-custom.php” file, please make sure you only have one PHP tag

Where it put on the top of file

3. No need this tag. just remove it

I did all step you said.but don’t work.some customizations like :
1.Hide Dashboard Admin Bar For Non Admins.
2.Change Activation Message
work for me.but another customizations like remove navbar /header and … don’t work.
most of customizations in this page don’t work for me:

and another important issue that i face with it.in profile page in navbar there is a menu that you can access to profile settings and another option.this menu in persian/farsi language not responsive.in mobiles and tablets thos menu is out of page and user can see it when the menu is open.
