    Would you be able to send a screenshot from your phone? If possible, you could send this via https://www.imgur.com.

    Is it that the image looks skewed, blurry or out of position?

    Hi Michaela,

    Is your site live or still in a staging area? If it’s live, would you be able to send me the link? It looks like the image is either a strange format or missing in the browser. It’s very difficult to tell though without seeing it in action.

    Or another alternative would be to upload the snapcode image file to imgur, then I can take a look at the format. To confirm, is a png?

    Thanks Michaela, the snapcode actually seems to be working on my phone. Here’s a screenshot https://imgur.com/VLCwzrP.

    You may need to clear the cache on your phone. It might be worth testing from another phone also, if you can.
