Snap Share Not Showing Likes and Shares

    I bought this last week and while snap share has imported my likes/shares from social warfare, it has not updated new posts at all. I’m baffled and have tried everything they have given me – even making other plugins inactive. Still nothing. Can anyone help? I’m just not getting a response via email and my social activity is important.

    Wait! I think I found out what I was doing wrong and I’m sharing so others can fix it too….I was using the Facebook API option to get my likes/shares…..I should have clicked the Social Snap App! That seems to be doing the trick. I hope the developer sees this and tells others
