“Snail Mail”

    With the Pro version is there the option to rename “Snail Mail” to “Letter Mail”. The free version feature set is all I need, but this label just looks unprofessional. Especially considering all the classes are technically ‘snail mail’. Other than that, the plugin seems to work great. Thanks.

    I’ve sent you an email reply to your email so I’m closing this support ticket.

    Can I disable this option for 1 LB products or more?. Snail mail seems letter main, and it is showing for book’s order which weight more that 1 LB which is not allowed and not showing in Canada Post shipping quote.
    I don’t want to disable this option “Allow Letter Rate Shipping ” because I want to show it for one Brochure’s orders and hide it for one book orders.

    I’ll see what I can do to help.

    I think that snail mail should only be showing for packages that weigh less than 500 grams.

    Can you send me some screen shots showing the weights on the products you’re testing with as well as what you’re seeing on the check out? Either here, or email me again at [email protected].
