    Hello,

I’m in truble! I’ve finished my website today and I wanted optimized it, most of suggestions say to download your plugin, so I did it. Now the issue is that my images look blurry, I deactived your plugin and I tried to uploaded again the images (changing names), they still look bad. Do you know why? Can you tell me how to fix the bad resolution for next uploading images?

    Hi @linduzza3

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

I deactived your plugin and I tried to uploaded again the images (changing names), they still look bad.

Smush will only run if you have the plugin enabled, it doesn’t seem related to the plugin in this case.

I can see you are using the jetpack CDN:

Can you try to disable the Jetpack image features and check if it makes any difference?

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards
