Smush preventing Elementor page editor loading

    When Smush is enabled the Elementor editor will not load unless using safe mode which disables all plugins. (The safe mode box suggests that a plugin is likely causing a conflict.)

    I have manually disabled and re-enabled all plugins and consistently only Smush prevents the editor loading.

    There are no WP debug logs produced.

    Hi @authentictech

    I hope you’re well today!

    Please go to “Smush -> Lazy Load” page and uncheck the “iframe” checkbox in “Media Types” section.

    Once that’s done, save settings, clear all cache on site/server and see if that helps.

    If not, please check if disabling Lazy Load entirely helps.

    Update us with results, please.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Deactivating the iframe media type solved the problem.
