    I hope you are doing good today.

    Base on the data you have shared there should be no conflict at this point when it comes to images compression and lazy load feaure. Those messages are only alerts for admin, which should pay attention that such thing is going on, on the site. In this case, after you made a review of those settings and make changes, all should be ok.
