I have been having an issue with my initial page loading. My header was appearing 3 times wide for a second or so before becoming normal once loaded. My IT person disabled smush and now my page loads correctly.

They said I should contact you to see if perhaps there is a way to configure it correctly so it works on my site.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    H i@emwere1,

Sorry to hear about the issues noticed. By header, you meant the section where you have the logo or the section where the “Simple Ancient Wisdom” images loads?

Since Smush is currently disabled, we couldn’t check the behaviour. However, one of the possibilities for the issue to occur would be due to Lazyload.

Could you temporarily only disable the Lazyload feature under Smush > Lazyload and then check whether you could replicate the same issue or not?

If it works fine, then please try enabling the “Native Lazyload” feature under Smush > Lazyload and check whether that resolves the issues noticed.

Please do let us know how that goes. Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

Thanks so much Nithin, and yes it’s where the header is – where my logo is. I’ll do as you say and come back to you! Thanks!

Hi Nithin, so I’ve reactivated the plugin and deactivated the ‘lazyload’ feature as suggested. The issue is still persisting. You will be able to view what’s happening now. Look forward to your further help. Thank you!
