Your first one (https://demo.heritagehills.app/photos/), which is the one that has Photonic. I have tried it on different computers and it does not open – I get a DNS error.

I switched my phone to cellular data mode and was able to see the site, which leads me to think that there there is some conflict between my ISP (AT&T) and your host. I switched to an Asia VPN and was able to get to the site – something for you to ponder about.

I don’t see any markup for your gallery whatsoever. Are you using the Classic Editor or are you using Gutenberg? If you are using the Classic Editor, and your theme has its own version of the gallery shortcode, that could be playing spoilsport. You can change to a different shortcode via Photonic → Settings → Generic Options → Generic Settings → Custom Shortcode. You can set a value such as photonic here, and instead of using [gallery type='smugmug' view='albums' nick_name='heritagehills'] like you have done, you can try [photonic type='smugmug' view='albums' nick_name='heritagehills'].
