Smugmug Doesn’t Work

    I configured my smugmug account with photonic, but it’s not importing images.

    Sorry, but I need more information to troubleshoot. What shortcode are you using? Where are you expecting to see the photos?

    OK – I see a couple of potential problems.

    First, I don’t see any markup generated by Photonic on your site. This could mean that you have another plugin that is using the gallery shortcode (or your theme is doing it). Can you go to Photonic → Settings → Generic Options → Generic Settings → Custom Shortcode, and set it to something like photonic? You will have to edit your shortcode to use the new tag you define here, instead of saying [gallery ...].

    Second, if the photos don’t show up after you do the above, can you change the album_sort_order='Album Settings' to album_sort_order='Last Updated (Descending)'?

    It works! I changed sort order to Last updated.
