SMTP works/works not

    Hi all
    After testing Mail Bank and several other plugins. I can manage to get an OK or Success from the built in checker but still always get the same problem.
    The test email works but sending an email from a form within the theme never works.
    Can not find any solution on the web for this. Last hope is in here!

    Hi,

    What email method in Mail Bank are you using to send an email?

    Is it Send with SMTP or PHP Mailer Function.

    It should be Send with SMTP with correct SMTP Details.

    Hi and thanks for the answer.
    I have tried both and yes the SMTP is correctly configured. I know EXACTLY how to do that. I use the plugins TEST function and it works, .
    When I try to send email from the theme built in form it does NOT work. Have several themes up and running, same problem in all of them.

    Hi,

    The problem was that the From Email field was invalid.

    You should make sure that the From Email has a valid email address.

    Your colleague solved this problem. He says that the theme hard coded the sender email and that went wrong since i Have a fixed IP.
