SMTP server error: Verification failed for 550-No Such User Here 550 Sender veri

  • Hi, I’m having a problem using this plugin. When I configure it in a host server (I’m using hostgator) when I click the test email it gives me 2 error message

    • SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: [email protected]
    • SMTP server error: Verification failed for 550-No Such User Here 550 Sender verify failed

    but when I used it in a local server or localhost it works properly.
    What is the possible cause of this error? and what is the possible solution?
