SMTP recommendations?

Hi All! We have a firm working with us who hosts Office/Exchange email for us, but believe we need a SMTP solution so we can send autoresponders/confirmations from plug-in running on the site (eg WP Forms, Tribe Event, etc). I’m looking at WP Mail SMTP, but a tech suggested
smtp2go.comso I’m trying to gauge which would work best with WP and in general help us avoid getting bounced by google on email lists, etc.
