SMTP plugin not sending emails

  • Hi there,

    We set up the Post SMTP plugin with the correct details and have opened up the 587 port with the host, but emails are still not sending.

    The host is advising that there is no block at the host end, and the email server has whitelisted the host IP address.

    Please advise what we can do to make this work.
