• The email account I am trying to use has a password containing an “&”, e.g. 123&abc. I noticed when I save the settings, it saves the password as “123&abc”, which does not work. When I try to send a test email, it says that it could not send the test email and in my logs it shows it failed to authenticate because it was using “123&abc”.

    Hello,

Sorry for the late reply, but this forum was not monitored.

There must be an issue with the encoding of all special characters if your password with the Ampersand is not being saved correctly.
Our programmers will have to make some tests, and we are going to release an update if some issues need to be resolved.

You can always use the Support Board or the contact forms on our website for faster responses.
