    Dear team,

    WE were trying to use this SMTP plugin but it is not working while following all the steps correctly and send test mail getting an error

    There was a problem while sending the test email.
    An issue was detected.
    This means your test email was unable to be sent.
    Typically this error is returned for one of the following reasons:
    – Plugin settings are incorrect (wrong SMTP settings, invalid Mailer configuration, etc).
    – Your web server is blocking the connection.
    – Your host is rejecting the connection.

    Note: We are using Gsuite mails and we have spoken to hostinger support team they are saying this is not our issue.

    When you get a chance, please share the full error log identified with an orange left border after sending the test email under WP Mail SMTP > Email Test. Here’s a screenshot for that option.

    Thanks for your quick response. I have fixed the issue.

    So how did you resolve it..what was the fix?

    Hi @jessbacker – If you’re having any issues could you please create a new support ticket and share the full error log identified with an orange left border after sending the test email under WP Mail SMTP > Email Test? The details in this post are not much helpful to identify the issue.
