SMTP Method (Port 587 and Port 2525) does not work

Hello,
Switching from Mandrill to Sparkpost I have followed the set up consisting in testing the SPF and DKIM Record and verifying my email.
I have downloaded the Sparkpost plugin (Version 2.2.1) and used the given API Key.
I have run the “Test Email” and yes, I can send emails.Then I realized that the method used with the SparkPost plugin was set to “HTTP API (Default)”.
But when using Mandrill the settings were about SMTP and Port 587.

So I have tried to send emails with the Methods “SMTP (Port 587)” and “SMTP (Port 2525)” and it does not work.

Also I tried with two API keys with the following settings when generated:

In my SparkPost / Account / SMTP RELAY I’ve got this :

So, I dont get why the Methods “SMTP (Port 587)” and “SMTP (Port 2525)” don’t work…
As stated at the beginning I can send emails using the Method “HTTP API (Default)” but is there something wrong anyway?
What should I do in order to use the SMTP Method?
