SMTP mail server not working in Accountra theme with Gutenverse block page edito

  • the forms aren’t being sent, and an error message occurs (as seen in photo 2). Despite activating Confirmation Mail to User (SMTP) by Gotenverse settings (as shown in photo 1) and installing the WP Mail SMTP plugin similarly (utilizing the Amazon SES email option in the WP Mail SMTP plugin settings, with the server being Amazon AWS Lightsail), I still encounter an error message (as depicted in photo 3).
