SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server – with gmail

I had a similar, if not the same issue. On the Host SMTP add tls:// before smtp.gmail.com. So it looks like this tls://smtp.gmail.com. Let me know if it helps. If you use the ssl port then add the prefix ssl://

I tried using my email in the From Email Address field it did not work
i tried using the site mail and still did not work. I’m using my gmail and password correctly

Host SMTP : smtp.kmcvietnam.com
Type of Encryption: SSL/TLS
Porta SMTP: 465
Autenticazione SMTP: yes

And when test mail, it appears error
