    We have been using your plugin successfully for a good while with Office 365. We’ve just moved hosts and now we’re getting the error SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110).

    The hosting company assure us no ports are blocked and we know the credentials are correct as they worked on the previous host. We’ve tried resaving etc.

    Do you have any suggestions as to what the problem could be?

  • Same thing here. It spins for 60 seconds and then reports that no connection could be made.

    It could be a server relay or port number issue on the email serer.

    Port 587 seems to spit back the needed errors.
    It’s telling us that the authentication is the problem.

    300 seconds to time out. Ug!
