SMTP Error: data not accepted

    Hi,
    We are trying use smtp-mail.outlook.com but we get this error.
    SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: 5.7.60 SMTP; Client does not have permissions to send as this sender [AM2PR04MB1092.eurprd04.prod.outlook.com] SMTP code: 550

    I hope you can help why we is getting this error, are the settings in the plugin we need to redo or is there any permission at Microsoft/office account to be set?

  • Hi. Yep, you need to set permissions in Office365 account in order for that to work.

    Unfortunately, I can’t provide any further info as I’m not using Office365 myself. Perhaps, other plugin users can assist here.
