• Hi there,

    certain email that should send from my site aren’t going out. If I look in the log, I see these lines at the end of the message:

    SMTP ERROR: DATA END command failed: SMTP Error: data not accepted.CLIENT -> SERVER: QUIT
    SMTP ERROR: QUIT command failed: 250 OK id=1iDAu1-00Ev4z-G6

    What do I need to modify/do in order for it to work? Please let me know if you need more information (like the content of the email) to solve this.

    I’m not sure how to implement these measures since I’m not using PHP Mailer but Easy WP SMTP. Can you please orient me in the right direction?

    Yes I finished reading through it. Unfortunately, I can’t find the error that I encounter anywhere, so I’m not quite sure where to start with troubleshooting this error.

    Do you offer hired help to fix those issues? I need it fixed rather sooner than later.

    It doesn’t seem like it’s plugin issue, but rather your SMTP server’s. Please read here what are possible causes of the error message you provided: https://kb.mailster.co/smtp-error-data-not-accepted/

    I’d suggest to contact your SMTP server provider and ask them why you’re getting this error.

    Hey Alexander @alexanderfoxc , thanks for looking into this for me. I got in touch with the SMTP server provider and they looked into the issue for me. They couldn’t find anything on their end regarding the emails not going through. However they were able to provide me with the log of an email that was delivered in HTML code which is something I’d like resolved as well. Is there any way to make this thread private so I can send you the log info? Or an email address I should send it to?
