SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host
-
Hi,
Everything was working fine up until recent weeks. A bit of background.
My email domain is hosted with GoDaddy, which in turn is linked to my Office365 account. Therefore, I have been using the Office365 SMTP settings. My hosting provider, however, is Bluehost.
When I go to send the test email, I get the following message:
SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Connection failed. stream_socket_enable_crypto(): Peer certificate CN=
*.bluehost.com' did not match expected CN=
smtp.office365.com’Any ideas? I spoke to Bluehost and they said I need to check with my mail provider and it’s nothing to do with them.
