SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

Hi,
I can’t send an email. Whenever I use [email protected], it works. But whenever I use another gmail ([email protected]), it won’t work.
My current settings are:
From Email: [email protected]
From Name: Some Name
Mailer: Send all WordPress emails via SMTP.
Return Path: unchecked
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port: 465
Encryption: Use SSL encryption.
Authentication: Yes: Use SMTP authentication.
Username: [email protected]
Password: (password of gmail)Please, I really need your help.
