SMTP connection failed

SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting
this error message is showing after test email. Same SMTP details is working fine in core php code. So it’s strange same SMTP details is not working with WP after activate this plugin.
