SMTP configure setting

    I have installed Postman SMTP and am using the Wizard to configure.
    Excuse me if this is a basic question but in the section where it asks:

    Who is the mail coming from. Enter the email address and name you’d like to send mail as.

    Do I enter the email address under Contact Form 7’s To field, or the email under the From field. (Mail tab)

    It’s a bit ambiguous, i.e the From email is the routing email which is doing the sending, however the To email is what I’d like to ‘send mail as’, that the user sees.

    Or does this setting have nothing to do with the form specifics of a CF7 form, so I just use whichever email I want and have set up already in cPanel?

    Right. There is no direct connection between Postman SMTP and Contact Form 7.

    so I just use whichever email I want and have set up already in cPanel?

    I guess so.
