SMTP configuration in SSL does not work

It could be the outbound connection on that port is blocked. For the details, could you please try sending a test email (under WPMailSMTP > Email Test) and share the details from that here? You might still need to contact your hosting provider to see into this.

Thanks for the details. The error message indicates that the sending mail server refuses outbound connections on that port and so is not able to connect to the remote mail server. Please make sure the SMTP settings are correct and contact your hosting provider to see if anything is blocking.
