    Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing email deliverability issues.

    As mentioned in the error message “likely suspicious due to the very low reputation of the sending 550-5.7.1 domain”. First, we’d need to confirm what your email deliverability score is currently to see if this is a Gmail-specific or general issue.

    Please send a test email to the randomly generated email address here.

    Based on the recommendations and score mentioned there, yo will be able to identify key areas that can be improved.

    If the recommendations are not easily circumvented or make no difference, we would recommend setting up a different mailer as a test.

    We have documentation that covers the set up process of our mailers here.

    You could try using the Sendinblue mailer for example since it offers a free tier and is a transactional mailer.

    Hi Dake,

    Thank you for your reply. I did a test on one of the accounts I am getting the bouncebacks from and I got a 10/10. However it did mention I don’t have a DMARK record and I’m not fully Authenticated. (that one doesn’t give any recommendation). If I fix the DMARK record, do you think that will solve this issue? It’s with a couple of sites, but they both use the same hosting.

    Hi Dake,

    Me again. I spoke to my hosting account and they helped me update both of the accounts that I was having issues with and I resent an email and I get no errors now. Hopefully that will stop the bounce emails.
