    I’m in the lite version and trying to figure out how to set up my email through SMTP.

    Is it possible to set up things through SMTP in the light version, because my hosting company (Cloudways) has no email at all, so my only way to test this would be through SMTP.

    Yes, just install any of the free SMTP plugins like Postman SMTP. Arigato will send emails through it.
