SMTP 5 seconds delay

    Hello There,

    there’s an issue that I’m facing now. when I click on the submit button to submit the form it takes 5 seconds to send the Email and also the same thing when I send test emails

    I tried to analyze the Email that I receive from the website it says that there’s 5 seconds delay in mapi protocol

    I just want to make sure that this has nothing to do with the plugin

    Hi @motasemodeh,

    Thanks for reaching out! The issue is not related to the WP Mail SMTP plugin.

    WP Mail SMTP plugin will authenticate your email account when sending your site emails, and the actual email will be sent using your email server.

    Perhaps your issue could be something similar to this. Could you please report it to your hosting support and they should be able to look into it.
